Finding materials and local workers

We are going to share with you all the details of this wonderful project!

For starting we bought a big and old wood house for 1000$ instead to buy material in Hanoi much more expensive, the price could be 4-5000$. The location to buy stone, cement and sand has been found. The cost for the carpenter will be 1500$ and for the builder 1000$ as we estimated previously.

Due to the change of the location for the community house, we expect a faster construction. The land is flat and the access is easier. We estimate 3 months to finish the house, 15th December 2011 should be deadline! Let’s see!
