Updating forecast, $18.000!

Dear,

We are analyzing the new forecast and we could achieve around 18.000$. This is mainly due to the land that we had to buy for 4.500$, an increase in transports around 12%, a new accommodation cost (meals for two key persons during the three construction’s months, 720$) and a new cost as a ceiling plate for the roof for 1.400$ (more ecological and sustainable but more expensive).

All these costs will be checked and proved with the respective invoices.

In summary, we need to raise approximately more 4.000$.
